Mission
Organize and conduct research on policies, regulations, strategies, and plans related to addressing climate change.
Provide technical support for domestic implementation, statistical accounting and assessment, carbon emissions trading management, international negotiations, as well as international cooperation and exchanges.
Carry out climate change-related think tank dialogues, public awareness campaigns, capacity-building initiatives, and consulting services.
Undertake the management of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects.
Handle other tasks assigned by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
